Refund policy

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, all items are considered final sale once opened or used.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened items only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items marked as Final Sale, including soaps and clearance or OOPS items, are not eligible for returns or refunds.
